         a) Institutional Excellence: The Management encourages all staff members to collaborate as a cohesive team, focusing on institution-building and elevating the university to a center of excellence in higher education.

        b) Vision and Values: Establish and uphold the institution's vision, core values, and strategic objectives, ensuring alignment with long-term goals.

        c) Strategic Improvement: Formulate and agree on strategies for institutional improvement by setting clear priorities and achievable targets.

        d) Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with key stakeholders, including parents, students, alumni, and employers, fostering strong and productive relationships.

        e) Ethos and Reputation: Preserve and enhance the university's ethos and reputation by upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.

        b) Student-Centric Decision-Making: Make decisions prioritizing the best interests of students, ensuring fairness and equity in all disciplinary actions involving both staff and students.

        c) Authority and Discipline: Exercise authority to take necessary actions for maintaining discipline and fostering a positive and conducive environment within the institution.

        d) Committee Formation: Establish and oversee committees within their respective colleges or faculties, aimed at fostering academic and institutional growth.

        e) Administrative Oversight: Monitor and supervise the administration of academic programs and general operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to institutional standards.

        For Non-Teaching Staff

        For Office Attendants/Peons

        • Maintain cleanliness and assist in office operations, including file handling and hospitality duties.

        • Ensure proper care of office resources and adherence to safety protocols.

        a) Office Maintenance and Cleanliness: Ensure the office environment is clean and well-maintained, attending to the basic needs of the office space and infrastructure.

        b) Guest Hospitality: Provide excellent hospitality services to visitors, ensuring they are welcomed and comfortable.

        c) Punctuality and Availability: Demonstrate willingness to arrive early and stay late as required, ensuring all office duties are completed before leaving.

        d) Document Handling: Responsible for transporting official documents, files, and papers between departments in a timely and secure manner.

        e) Infrastructure Maintenance: Ensure the upkeep of office infrastructure, including arranging for servicing or maintenance when needed, and coordinating with technicians for repairs.

        f) Stationery Management: Keep office stationery items stocked and readily available for all employees, ensuring smooth workflow.

        g) Photocopying Services: Assist with photocopying or xeroxing of documents as needed for office tasks and administrative duties.

        h) Energy Conservation: Turn off electrical appliances and water taps when not in use to contribute to energy conservation and ensure the office is operated efficiently.

        For Students

        • Follow the prescribed dress code and carry identity cards.

        • Uphold honesty, discipline, and respect for peers and staff.

        • Refrain from ragging, drug use, or possession of prohibited items.

        • Maintain environmental consciousness and preserve institutional property.

        a) Dress Code: Students are required to wear proper identity cards at all times and adhere to the dress code established by the university.

        b) Honesty: Any form of malpractices, cheating during tests or examinations, or knowingly providing false information is strictly prohibited. Violators will face strict disciplinary measures.

        c) Disciplined Conduct: Students must refrain from obstructing teaching, research, administration, or any other campus activities. Disruptive behavior will result in disciplinary action.

        d) Respect for Women: Students are expected to maintain impeccable conduct toward the opposite gender. Any form of unwelcome behavior—whether verbal, written, gestural, or physical—toward female students or employees will be subject to disciplinary action according to university norms. The Grievance Redressal Cell, Committee Against Sexual Harassment, and Internal Complaints Committee will address such incidents.

        e) Prohibition of Ragging: Ragging, including physical or mental abuse, verbal or written mistreatment, or any act of teasing or handling a fresher or any other student with rudeness, will be considered ragging and will be met with disciplinary action through the Anti-Ragging Cell.

        f) Class Attendance: Students are expected to attend classes regularly and comply with the attendance requirements as set by their respective constituent colleges or faculties.

        g) Examinations: Students must appear for all internal and university examinations. They should be present in the examination hall at least ten minutes before the start and follow all instructions given by the supervisor during the examination.

        h) Academic Progress: Students are expected to show satisfactory academic progress by attending all tests and examinations.

        i) University Property: Students must take proper care of the university’s property. Any damage, such as defacing walls, breaking furniture, or damaging infrastructure, will be considered a breach of discipline.

        j) Parking Regulations: All vehicles should be parked only in the designated parking areas provided by the constituent colleges or faculties.
